What you get from the free estimate visit

An in-person look that ends with a written figure and a clear list of options.

Spare capacity measured

We count what your service already carries and what it can still take, which settles most charger and remodel questions on the spot.

The wiring route traced

Crawl space, attic or garage wall: we follow the path the new wiring will take, because run length moves the price more than parts do.

Permit needs spelled out

You learn whether the work needs a permit and an inspection, and we file it and meet the inspector for you.

A figure you can compare

The price is written against a defined scope, so any later change shows up openly rather than on the last invoice.

Electrical services for every stage of the house

From a single dedicated circuit to a full rewire, each service has a page laying out the work step by step.

Why choose us

Three habits that keep electrical jobs smaller, cleaner and easier to plan.

Capacity options before upgrades

A full panel rarely means a new service. Tandem breakers, a subpanel or load management often solve it, and we price those first when they fit.

The fault found, not guessed

Repairs start with testing. We locate what is actually failing and fix that, instead of swapping breakers and devices until the symptom fades.

A tidy, documented finish

Dust kept contained, the work area swept, and every breaker labelled so whoever opens the panel next can read it at a glance.

01

A quick phone triage

A handful of questions sorts a repair from a capacity question or a bigger project before anyone visits.

02

The in-home estimate

We open the panel, follow the route and write down the scope and price. There is no charge for the visit.

03

Permit filed, day set

Where a permit applies we file it and book the inspection, then fix a work day that holds.

04

Installed and signed off

Power goes off for the shortest practical stretch, the inspector checks the work, and the panel is left labelled.

Questions about estimates, panels and chargers

Should I worry about a Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel?

It is worth having it looked at. Breakers in both lines have a reputation for failing to trip under overload, and plenty of insurers and home inspectors now ask for them to be replaced. At the estimate we open the panel, check for heat damage and loose connections, and give you a written price for a replacement so the decision is yours.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. An electrician comes to the house, looks at the panel and the route the work would take, walks you through the options and leaves you with a written price. There is nothing to pay for the visit and nothing owed if you decide not to go ahead.

Can you put an EV charger in my garage?

Almost always. The questions are how much spare capacity your service has and how far the garage wall is from the panel. Where the panel is already busy, a load-managed charger or a subpanel usually avoids a full service upgrade, and we will price whichever option fits.

What does a panel upgrade cost?

It depends on things we can only see on site: the size of your current service, where the meter sits, whether the utility needs new equipment, and how much wall has to be opened. That is why we price it after the free visit, as a written figure against a listed scope, rather than quoting a range on the phone.

How long will I be without power for a panel upgrade?

Most of the outage happens in one day, while the old panel comes out and the new one goes in, and the utility has to disconnect and reconnect the service around it. Permit approval and the utility's booking set the date, so we line those up first and tell you in advance which day the power will be off.

Do I need a permit, and will you deal with it?

If the job adds or changes circuits, swaps a panel or rewires a room, it almost certainly needs one. We file the application, book the inspection, are on site when the inspector arrives and hand you the approved record afterwards. Simple replacements of an existing device usually do not need a permit.
